Signing in without a password, a code that does not arrive or work, and a blocked site.

How do I log in? I never set a password.#

There are no passwords. You enter your email, we send a 6-digit code, and that code logs you in.

The login code never arrives. What now?#

Request a new one, and check your spam folder. If it still does not arrive, tell us in the chat: we can check the delivery from our side, so there is no need to keep requesting new codes.

I entered the sign-in code and nothing happens.#

Type the code by hand rather than pasting it. If it still does not go through, tell us in the chat: we can check the sign-in from our side.

I paid but never got a link or any instructions on how to get into my account.#

Go to app.heycatch.ai/sign-in and enter the email you used at checkout. We email you a 6-digit code and that code logs you in. There is no password to set. If the code does not arrive, check spam, then say so here.

My internet provider blocks your site. What can I do?#

Open HeyCatch through a VPN. That is the one thing that works.

A block at your provider sits on their side of the connection, so there is nothing we can lift from ours, and it is not a fault in your account. With a VPN on, the site loads as normal and your project, your documents and your subscription are exactly as you left them.
